Are your products vegan friendly?
Yes! We are Vegan Friendly (certified) and only use natural plant based ingredients and essential oils with all of our products.
Are your products cruelty free?
Absolutely! All of our products are cruelty free. We use only the highest quality ingredients and our products are never tested on animals!
Are your products alcohol free?
Yes! All our products are alcohol free.
Are your products anti-bacterial?
We’ve engineered our beard oil formula to consist of a scentless natural anti-bacterial agent known as “Squalane” to provide overall beard hygiene and cleanse without compromising on the scent. Research indicates that Squalane has excellent anti-oxidant, anti-bacterial and anti-fungal biological activity. In addition, our blends include both Hemp Seed & Jojoba Oil which naturally possess anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties.
How do you use a beard oil?
Great question. Dispense 3-5 drops into your hands and use your fingertips to massage the oil into your beard. For best results use the beard oil when your hair is still damp. If you have a longer beard you may want to brush through it with a wooden comb to evenly distribute the product and style your beard how you like it!
How often should I use a beard oil?
You can use beard oil up to two times a day. For best results apply in the morning before you start your day, and again at night before you go to sleep.
If you live in a particularly dry climate you may want to use our product more than twice a day!
Pro-tip: apply a more generous amount of beard oil at night to moisturise and soften your beard as you sleep.
Can I use too much beard oil?
In most cases no, there is no serious negative effects in overusing our beard oils. If you feel like your beard is becoming greasy you probably want to cut back on how much or how often you apply beard oil.
Does beard oil do anything for my skin?
Yes! Not only does beard oil smooth and moisturise your beard, but it also acts as a moisturiser for your skin underneath your beard as well.
Adding a beard oil to your skincare routine will only benefit you and bring out a healthy shine in both your beard and your skin.

Shipping & Returns
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships you'll receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number. If it has been more than two business days since you placed your order and you still have not received a tracking number, please email us by sending a support request in the “Contact Us” section and we will gladly assist you
When will my order ship?
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney within 48 hours of purchase from Monday to Friday.
Please keep in mind these times may vary during public holidays and restocks.
AusPost Standard: 2-10 business days

How much does shipping cost?
For all Australian purchases under $50 we offer standard flat rate shipping for $8 and Express for $12.
For all International orders under $100 we offer Standard flat rate shipping for $20
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We offer worldwide shipping.
How can I make a change or cancel my order?
We pride ourselves on the ability to get your order to you ASAP, which means if you need to make a change to your order please reach out to us ASAP. The best form of communication is by submitting a support request in the “Contact Us” section. We will do our best to get your order changed but if your order has reached our fulfillment centre we have no way of changing your order or canceling it.
Can I refund my product if I change my mind?
Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind purchases. A refund will only be accepted if a product is faulty. If you have received the incorrect product, or a product is damaged or faulty, please provide details (including photos) within 7 days of purchase. We will verify whether you are entitled to a replacement with new products and provide instructions accordingly.
